Salary Bracket: Up to £80,000 DOE

My client is looking for experienced commercial solicitors with strong expertise in commercial law and litigation, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for contributing to a growing practice. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to larger corporations, handling contracts, commercial disputes, and business transactions.

As part of its expanding Greater Manchester-based team, my client is seeking one or more solicitors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone—potentially with their own caseload—to join an established firm that has developed a strong and growing presence in the Green Energy and Power Generation sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising on a wide range of commercial and financial agreements. My client is looking for a team player who can work effectively within a group, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years' PQE in Commercial Litigation.
• A solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Proven experience handling litigation in both county and high courts.
• Expertise in company, commercial, and contractual disputes.
• Strong client relationship skills with a commercially focused mindset.
• Confidence in time recording, billing, and cost management.
• A collaborative approach and a proactive attitude towards business development.
