An award-winning commercial law firm with a nationally recognised litigation team is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE. This opportunity offers a chance to work on complex, high-value disputes for a broad client base that includes corporates, owner-managed businesses, and public sector bodies across the UK.

The Opportunity
You'll be involved in a wide range of commercial disputes, including:

- Contractual and shareholder disputes

- Professional negligence claims

- Director and partnership disputes

- Supply chain and commercial contract issues

- Pre-litigation advice, negotiation and mediation

- Assisting with High Court litigation and ADR processes

- You'll have the opportunity to take the lead on cases and work closely with Partners and clients from day one.

About You
We're looking for a solicitor with:

- 3-6 years' post-qualified experience in commercial litigation

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage their own caseload with appropriate supervision

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills

- Interest in business development and mentoring junior team members

- Experience with clients in sectors such as tech, property, manufacturing, or charities would be an advantage but is not essential.
