Location: Watford

Salary: Up to £40,000 basic salary, realistic OTE £60,000 - £70,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

Responsibilities for the role of Commercial Loan Broker:

• Oversee and manage mortgage applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Identify and source suitable lenders for clients, maintaining proactive communication throughout the lending process.
• Collaborate with brokers, borrowers, lenders, valuers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records on all applications and communications.
• Adhere to company procedures and regulatory policies to ensure compliance.

Experience and skills required for the role of Commercial Loan Broker:

• Prior experience giving commercial loan advice, with a proven track record of success is essential
• Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify the most suitable lenders for clients
