We’re working with a respected and growing name in the loss adjusting market who are looking to strengthen their Commercial Property team across the South East.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Loss Adjuster to handle a range of commercial property claims, from mid-range to larger, more complex losses. You’ll work autonomously, managing your own diary, visiting sites, and producing high-quality reports while providing an excellent service to policyholders, brokers, and insurers.

• Competitive salary circa £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

The role:

• Handle a caseload of commercial property claims including material damage and business interruption
• Undertake site visits, gather evidence, and compile detailed reports
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, and other relevant parties to bring claims to conclusion efficiently
• Support clients with a clear, professional, and empathetic approach during the claims process

About you:

• Experienced Loss Adjuster, ideally Cert CILA qualified or above
• Proven track record of handling commercial property claims
• Strong report writing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working independently, managing your own workload
