Commercial Manager

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri In this role you will be part of the team responsible for Commercial Performance Management in SoHo business. You'll be working closely with the Sales team to review our commercial strategies and priorities, helping define the commercial plan and long-term strategy, driving performance through tactical initiatives, whilst leading a third-party relationship and providing the day-to-day commercial support and guidance to the wider teams. Drive cross functional planning and priorities across Sales, Commercial and Marketing. Lead relationship with a key vendor, owning joint plan for growth, driving tactical initiatives and key launches. Commercial lead in launch of new products and services in Medium Business. Support in defining the overall strategic direction and yearly operational plan for medium including business case development. Experience of the Telco Market with experience in B2B a preference Business casing experience and overall P&L exposure/understanding required Commercial acumen, applied thinking and analytical capability enabling the transfer from data, to knowledge, to information Ability to influence both directly and indirectly with experience working with virtual teams in a matrix environment and senior stakeholder management Ability to work at pace and with ambiguity
