Key Responsibilities:

Developing and leading the commercial strategy within the aerospace sector

Handling contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual frameworks
Analysing financial aspects such as costing, pricing, and creating business cases
Collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams to deliver successful outcomes

Job Requirements:

A degree (or equivalent experience) in business, engineering, or a related discipline
Proven experience in commercial management within aerospace or industrial manufacturing
Strong negotiation skills and confidence with contractual and legal frameworks
Financial acumen with understanding of costing, pricing, and business case principles
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment
