About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Manager to lead our commercial team and oversee all contract-related commercial functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring optimal contract performance, financial control, and continuous team development within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage all commercial functions, ensuring efficient processes and full contract compliance.
·Provide accurate monthly reporting and insightful commercial analysis to senior management.
·Develop and monitor budgets, driving cost certainty and strong financial performance.
·Oversee contracts with supply chain partners and manage sub-contractor agreements.
·Support final accounts, risk management, and governance to ensure robust commercial outcomes.
·Mentor, manage, and inspire the commercial team to achieve consistent results.
Person Specification:
·Full UK Driving Licence.
·Proven experience in highways maintenance or a related field.
·Strong experience managing overall contract performance.
·Demonstrated team leadership and management experience.
·Ability to constructively engage with colleagues at all levels across Ringway and the wider Vinci UK business to enhance contract management.

Salary: £85,000-£90,000
