Job Description - Commercial Manager

The Company

This is a great opportunity to join a specialist division of a major contractor / Developer with an excellent portfolio of projects throughout the South. The company have grown significantly in recent years and internal promotions have created a new opportunity for an ambitious and driven commercial Manager to join its specialist Plastering and dry lining business.

We are seeking candidates with experience in this field, and who have experience in leading specialist sub contractors work winning, commercial management and P&L performance across a wide range of internal and external clients and stakeholders.

You will report to the Managing Director and have full commercial operational responsibility and accountability and have experience in managing commercial teams.

Requirements

You will be required to travel throughout the south, so a driving license is essential. We are seeking candidates looking for career advancement in a fast paced and vibrant organisation. Experience in a specialist sub contractor environment is essential, as is experience in managing a divisional P&L (Successfully!)
