Commercial & Partnership Strategy Ownership
• Own overall performance of:
o Fin-tech solutions (Tooth-pay & Tooth-pay Business)
o Distributor-side marketplace revenue
o Business development acquisition and growth
o Customer intelligence and engagement
• Define integrated commercial and partnership strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify and prioritize revenue opportunities across fin-tech, distributors, healthcare providers, and customer base.
• Continuously assess market trends, fin-tech innovation, and competitive dynamics.
Fin-tech Partnerships & Financing Programs
• Lead onboarding, negotiation, and management of all fin-tech partners.
• Define scalable financing programs including pricing, margins, commissions, and eligibility.
• Ensure competitiveness and sustainability of fin-tech offerings.
• Drive adoption and usage of Toothpay (B2C) and Tooth-pay Business (B2B).
• Monitor partner performance and take corrective actions where needed.
Distributor Strategy & Operations
• Own distributor-side revenue, growth, and contribution to the marketplace.
• Define distributor segmentation, prioritization, and growth plans.
• Identify, onboard, and develop high-potential distributors and resellers.
• Oversee pricing competitiveness, stock availability, and marketplace execution.
• Ensure distributors are aligned with marketplace standards, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
• Oversee consignment and purchasing-related coordination with Supply Chain.
Business Development Leadership (Fin-tech & Marketplace Growth)
• Lead acquisition and expansion of healthcare providers across all out-of-pocket healthcare verticals.
• Own pipeline strategy, targets, and conversion performance.
• Ensure strong onboarding, activation, and sustained usage of financing solutions.
• Guide teams on positioning fin-tech within the broader marketplace offering.
Customer Intelligence & Engagement
• Own inbound and outbound customer communication strategy and execution.
• Ensure high-quality handling of inbound inquiries and support requests.
• Lead outbound sales support, reactivation, and engagement initiatives.
• Leverage customer data and behavioral insights to:
o Identify sales opportunities
o Segment and prioritize accounts
o Improve retention and engagement
• Develop structured workflows, scripts, dashboards, and performance tracking.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead and manage teams across:
o Fin-tech partnerships
o Distributor partnerships and operations
o Business development
o Customer intelligence
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for results.
• Ensure alignment across teams toward unified commercial priorities.
Performance Tracking & Execution Excellence
• Own commercial dashboards and reporting across all functions.
• Track performance across revenue, conversion, adoption, and engagement metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through insights, tools, and process optimization.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Governance
• Act as the primary owner for all requests from the Commercial Operations Executive.
• Coordinate closely with:
o Tech on system requirements, automation, tracking, and fin-tech integration
o Supply Chain on pricing, stock, consignment, and purchasing
o Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and market execution
o Finance & Accounting on performance, commissions, and reconciliation
• Ensure smooth execution across Commercial, Operations, and Support teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a strong plus.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in commercial roles including partnerships, business development, fin-tech, or marketplace operations, with at least 3–5 years in a people management role.
