Commercial Manager

We are urgently seeking a Commercial Manager
The business specialises in the design, manufacture & installation of architectural glazing, fenestration, structural steel and wider building envelope solutions, working across the multi-story residential development sectors.
They’re currently experiencing strong growth & are looking to add a Commercial Manager to their team.
Based in the office in Reading , it is a hands-on, broad commercial role working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. You will be involved from the pre-contract stage through to project delivery.
You’ll work closely with the organisations Sales, Design, Production & Project Management teams, as well as commercial stakeholders within Principal Contractors and clients.
The role would suit someone with 5+ years QS/Commercial/ Estimating/Contract Administration background who is comfortable with:
• Financial management and procurement of contracts
• Managing project budgets and implementing financial controls
• Contract administration and commercial reporting
• Reviwing & Negotiating Contract terms and conditions
• Working within a contractor, principal contractor or construction manufacturing environment
The package includes a basic salary up to £90,000 (DoE), plus company car/car allowance, bonus, pension, private medical, life insurance and 25 days' holiday
