Salary: Up to £80,000 + package

We’re currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a respected business and lead the commercial function of their Joinery division.

Working closely with the Divisional Manager, you’ll be responsible for all commercial operations including estimating, reconciliation surveying, contract and financial management, and performance strategy. The successful candidate will lead a small team, including an estimator and CAD technician, and provide commercial oversight across both manufacturing and project-based works.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial professional who is confident working in a manufacturing or joinery-based environment and looking to make a strategic impact in a senior role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full commercial control across estimating, surveying, and manufacturing processes
• Lead and develop the commercial team
• Ensure effective internal financial controls
• Manage profitability, risk and reporting across all operations
• Prepare tenders, budgets, and applications
• Support the optimisation of manufacturing processes

Experience & Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, joinery preferred
• Strong commercial knowledge, ideally from a senior QS or commercial management background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Driving licence required
