A highly respected Tier 1 contractor is seeking an MEP Commercial Manager to join their Building Services team based in Belfast. This is a senior-level opportunity, ideally suited to professionals with a strong background in mechanical and electrical estimating or quantity surveying, looking to take the next step in their commercial career.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of MEP packages across a diverse portfolio of projects. This includes leading cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with NEC and JCT contract frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading commercial strategy and implementation across MEP works
• Managing cost control, forecasting, and cash flow
• Preparing and negotiating compensation events and claims
• Supporting risk management and value engineering initiatives
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

This role requires a commercially astute individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior M&E Estimator or Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
