Commercial Manager - Stock & Pricing (12-Month Contract)
Hertfordshire (Hybrid, 3 days office)
Salary: Up to £57,000 + bonus & benefits

I'm recruiting for a leading leisure & hospitality business who are seeking a Commercial Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong commercial and analytical skills to take ownership of caravan pricing strategy, stock planning, and promotional offers that drive sales performance.

The role will involve:

• Managing pricing at group level, including used van valuations.

• Working with supply teams to ensure the right stock is available in the right locations.

• Setting park-level stock targets and monitoring sales performance.

• Supporting annual planning, including fleet release and disposal decisions.

What we're looking for:

• Proven commercial/analytical experience.

• Strong pricing and business case skills.

• Confident communicator, able to work with senior stakeholders.

• Knowledge of caravan sales or leisure/hospitality would be a bonus.

This role offers hybrid working (3 days per week in the Hertfordshire office), up to £57k salary, bonus, and an attractive benefits package.
