Commercial Marketing Manager

Evolve have partnered with a growing medical device company with a dynamic aesthetics portfolio who are seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to join their team. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance brand equity and support the sales team in driving revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a sales-orientated mind-set, who is ready to help build a powerful brand presence to boost sales and customer engagement.

This is a full time permanent position, based in London, with the potential to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

Excellent Salary: A competitive starting salary of £45,000 to £50,000 DOE.

Ideal Requirements for the Commercial Marketing Manager

• Must have a background in Aesthetics.
• A degree or diploma in Marketing would be desirable.
• Experience in supporting a sales team and developing strategies to enhance sales growth.
• Highly motivated and ambitious with a desire to grow within a fast-paced and expanding company.

Role Responsibilities for the Commercial Marketing Manager

• Oversee and protect our clients reputation in the market, working with KOLs, influences and media to maximise brand awareness.
• Manage product launch campaigns in the UK, ensuring they align with sales goals and enhance overall brand perception.
• Lead PR initiatives to enhance brand recognition and boost sales channels in both medical and consumer
  markets.
• Design and execute events (conferences, symposiums, trade shows, seminars) that showcase the brand, and generate sales leads.
