Mobile Commercial Plumber – FM Service Provider – London/M25 – Up to £50,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in and around London & the M25. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

Basic Salary of up to £50,000
Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
Callout 1 in 5 - Standby £100 P/W
Full company uniform
PDA and Mobile phone
PensionKey Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out commercial pipework installation, maintenance and repairs.
Undertake press-fit pipework and soldering.
Remove and replace calorifiers and water heaters.
Maintain, repair and replace pumps.
Maintain and service pressurisation units.
Carry out fault-finding and repairs on commercial water systems.Requirements

Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
Domestic or Commercial Gas tickets (Advantageous but not needed)
Full driver’s licence
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Good communication skills
