Compensation
£26,000 - £29,000 Base + Performance Related Bonus + Benefits

TL;DR
Commercial Operations Executive working across the sales and marketing function.
Fast-growing data and AI consultancy specialising in the energy sector.
Preference for Glasgow or Edinburgh base and hybrid work, but not essential.

Role purpose
This is an early hire for a young, fast-growing consultancy. We're looking for someone that is adaptable, driven, who wants to grow with our business and have a strong say in how we shape the company.

You would be joining a team at the forefront of innovation in commercial sales, marketing and partnerships, where every day brings a new challenge and opportunity to excel. This role allows you to:
Accelerate your career growth by working with industry leaders and learning from the best.
Develop deep business acumen through exposure to diverse business scenarios and challenges.
Develop skills across both sales and marketing functions.

Accountabilities
Identify potential prospects by analysing market data and firmographic information.
Manage prospect entry, tracking and monitoring in the HubSpot CRM system.
Cultivate, nurture and manage relationships within Hypercube's extensive partner network.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the commercial processes.
Support top of funnel marketing activities and build out automation workflows.
Build and maintain website pages using WordPress CMS.
Manage document organisation using Confluence.

Ideally, you will have:
Strong motivation to excel in a fast-paced work environment with a direct impact on business process enhancement during expansion.
Proficient organisational and time-management abilities, essential for managing a large number of prospects and partner requirements simultaneously.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for a marketing and/or sales career.
Understanding of IT consultancy partner ecosystem (for example, Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, Google Cloud etc)
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to initiate tasks independently and adapt swiftly to feedback.
Inherent curiosity and a commitment to ongoing learning.
