Commercial Paralegal

The Commercial Paralegal's role

The successful Commercial Paralegal will support high-profile clients on a project basis, offering commercial legal expertise in areas including SaaS, consulting, licensing, software, and content agreements. You will advise internal stakeholders and align legal guidance with business objectives.

You'll be handling multiple commercial contract types simultaneously, supporting fast-moving sales and operational teams. This is a client-facing role that requires both precision and commercial awareness.

The Commercial Paralegal

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within a commercial legal setting, ideally including in-house exposure (directly or via secondment)
• Solid academic credentials and legal training
• Demonstrated experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• A strong grasp of business operations and commercial risk
• Right to work in the UK is essential
