Job Role
This is a key senior appointment, working on high-value and strategically important commercial matters across both public and private sectors. You'll be given space to lead on client relationships, business development, and internal leadership initiatives, with full support for progression.

Key Responsibilities
* Advising on high-value contracts, outsourcing, and strategic partnerships
* Drafting and negotiating IT agreements, data protection and licensing arrangements
* Supporting leadership on BD and firm-wide initiatives
* Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers
* Maintaining excellent client service and technical standards

Job Requirements
* 8+ years' PQE from a leading City or large regional firm
* Strong grounding in commercial law
* Confidence in client-facing, strategic work
* Appetite for progression, leadership and developing others
* Commercial, pragmatic and collaborative approach
