Providing high-quality customer service to commercial vehicle clients and trade partners

Assisting with inventory management and ensuring parts department efficiencyRequirements of Commercial Parts Advisor:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably within the commercial vehicle sector
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
