Commercial Plumber

Primech Building Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various commercial settings. Your expertise in plumbing will ensure that our clients' facilities operate efficiently and remain compliant with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, and fittings in commercial buildings.
• Conduct plumbing inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with legal standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine plumbing installations.
• Collaborate with contractors and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Document all work performed, including materials used and tasks completed.
• Respond to emergency plumbing call-outs and perform on-site repairs as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a commercial plumber, particularly in Education, Healthcare, and Industrial Plumbing.
• Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Full UK driving license, as travel to various job sites is required.
