Commercial Project Coordinator / Estimator

We are seeking a driven Commercial Project Coordinator & Estimator to join our team. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our project lifecycle—from the initial enquiry to the final handover. The Role

You will balance technical accuracy with high-level coordination. Your mission is to ensure our quotations are competitive and accurate, while keeping project documentation seamless, delivering projects end to end. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating & Pricing: Interpret client drawings and specifications to build robust costings and formal quotations.
• Supply Chain Liaison: Request and evaluate supplier/subcontractor pricing, ensuring a clear audit trail of what’s included.
• Project Coordination: Facilitate the smooth handover of won bids to the delivery teams, ensuring no detail is lost in translation.
• Commercial Admin: Track variations and "scope creep," update internal rate cards, and maintain our CRM/estimating databases.
• Bid Support: Assist in the preparation of formal tender submissions and document control.

Experience:

• Previous experience in estimating, construction, or project coordination is welcomed but not essential. We provide full training for the right candidate.
• A full UK driving license is preferred.
