Job Title: Commercial Project Executive
Location: Horley, Surrey (2 days in office)
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000

Overview:
We are partnering with a leading marketing and production agency to recruit a Commercial Project Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and has a strong grasp of creating and managing campaign budgets, commercial insights, and stakeholder reporting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging project management, creative, and production teams ensuring budgets are managed, risks are mitigated, and projects are delivered to high quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and monitor project budgets from initial estimation through to final delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Account Management and Production teams to ensure alignment on financial targets and milestones.
• Work with and develop on existing tools to ensure smooth progress and completion of projects,
• Prepare and present progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress from a commercial perspective, providing regular updates to leadership and the wider team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in managing project budgets and delivering commercial insights.
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
