A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join its growing Real Estate team based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team advising on a broad range of high-value and strategically significant development projects.

The Role

You will work alongside an experienced and supportive team of lawyers advising on a diverse portfolio of real estate matters, including:

• Residential-led development and large-scale strategic land projects
• Commercial development, regeneration, and investment/asset management
• Acting for a mix of national and regional property companies, well-known owner/occupiers, and investors
• Advising on natural capital initiatives, including biodiversity net gain and water/nutrient neutrality to help unlock residential developments
• Supporting on both contentious and non-contentious agricultural matters

From day one, you'll be involved in high-quality work with access to an impressive client base and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to key deals. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the national real estate practice.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-4 years' PQE in commercial property
• Experience with development, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land preferred
• Strong technical skills and an organised, pragmatic approach to case management
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and developing others
• Interest in business development, keeping up to date with legal developments, and driving best practice
• Excellent communication and client care skills
