The Opportunity:
I'm working with a highly regarded boutique law firm based in South Manchester that's looking to grow its commercial property team. The firm has an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal advice to a loyal and growing client base, including property developers, investors, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role:
You'll work closely with experienced Partners and senior fee earners on a broad range of commercial property transactions. This includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management, development agreements, and secured lending work.

You'll have direct client contact from day one and be encouraged to build strong long-term relationships while developing your technical expertise and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases
• Acting for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and lenders
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of property documentation
• Managing transactions from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
• Contributing to business development and supporting the continued growth of the team

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years' PQE with a solid grounding in commercial property matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building ability
• A commercial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
