Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

• Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
• Advising clients including developers, investors, pension funds, and institutions
• Supporting partners on high-value, complex deals across the UK
• Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and paralegals
• Actively contributing to business development and client relationship growth

Profile

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with at least 2 years PQE in commercial property
• Technically strong with experience across a broad range of transactions
• A confident communicator and natural team player
• Organised, commercially aware, and client-focused
• Eager to take ownership, support junior colleagues, and grow within a high-performing team
