Job Description - Commercial Property Fee Earner

Commercial Property Fee Earner
Location: Bury / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Opportunity:
A well-established law firm in Bury is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property offering with the addition of an experienced and capable Fee Earner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a reputable and growing team, delivering high-quality legal services across a wide range of commercial property transactions.

The Role:
As a key member of the Commercial Property department, your responsibilities will include:

Managing acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, and general asset management.
Advising on secured lending and property finance transactions.
Acting for a broad client base, including SMEs, developers, landlords, and investors.
Running matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and associated legal documentation.
Providing clear, commercially focused advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supporting team members and working collaboratively across departments when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

A Fee Earner with solid experience in commercial property, ideally 3+ years managing files independently.
Confident handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
Technically strong with good knowledge of property law and associated finance matters.
Strong client care and communication skills, with a professional and commercial approach.
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
Business development experience or interest would be a plus.
