Commercial Property Lawyer

Coventry / Hybrid

£55,000 to £70,000 per annum + bonus, commensurate with experience

We are working with a highly successful, leading edge, Legal 500-recognised, Lexcel accredited law firm, who are looking to attract an experienced, fully qualified Commercial Property Lawyer to join their busy Commercial Property team, based in Coventry.

Hybrid working will be accommodated and paid parking will be provided when working onsite. Fully remote may also be considered for suitably experienced candidates.

The role will involve:

• Managing your own high quality commercial property caseload to include commercial and residential development, infrastructure, investment and property finance, across a broad commercial sector.
• Assisting with landlord and tenant matters, sale and purchase contracts etc for a mix of mainly private commercial sector clients
• Drafting of legal documents
• Dealing with plots and site development
• Dealing with acquisitions, disposals, and option agreements
• Keeping clients fully updated
• Supporting less experienced lawyers in more complex matters
• Taking part in business development and networking activities, ensuring continued business growth for the department

Suitable candidates will have:

• Fully qualified status with 2 years+' PQE (salary will reflect experience)
• Experience of managing a wide-ranging commercial property caseload including freehold and leasehold commercial sales and purchase transactions, and investment matters
• A stable career history demonstrating steady career progression
• Exceptional client care skills
• A strong desire to grow the practice and progress your career

This is a full-time permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Flexible or reduced hours will be considered.
