Role Overview
Lead cutting-edge real estate deals, from developments to leasing, in a client-focused practice.

Duties

• Drive acquisitions, disposals, leasing for investors, developers.

• Draft leases, licences, green clauses (e.g., MEES).

• Lead asset management (surrenders, wayleaves).

• Conduct title reports, SDLT/VAT processes.

• Innovate on joint ventures, eco-projects.

Requirements

• 2-4 PQE in commercial real estate.

• Strong academics (2:1 LLB, high LPC/BPTC).

• Sharp, proactive, excellent communicator, client focused
