Job Title: Commercial Property Lawyer
Location: Bath (Hybrid working available)
Salary: From £40,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (flexible working considered)

Our client is seeking a motivated and focused Commercial Property Lawyer to join their respected and thriving team based in Bath. With a proud legacy and a progressive outlook, they combine tradition with innovation to deliver outstanding legal services across the South West, London, and beyond.

You'll manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including:

Property acquisitions and disposals
Leases, lease renewals, and lease management
Development work and property finance
Supporting corporate transactions
Collaborating with in-house specialists across planning, litigation, construction, and residential departments

1+ years PQE in commercial property law
Strong client-handling and communication skills
A collaborative, proactive mindset
Commercial awareness and sound judgement
Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines
A flexible, can-do approach to solving problems
