Position: Senior Associate
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)

Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a talented and driven individual to join the Ely office at a senior level, with excellent prospects for progression to Director and Shareholder.

About the Role:
You will lead and manage a thriving Commercial Property practice, supervising a team of two Lawyers and three Secretaries. The role offers a mix of high-quality work, leadership responsibilities and strategic input into the future of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad range of commercial property matters
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Skills & Experience Required:

• A qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property law
• Ideally at Senior Associate level or above
• Some knowledge of Agricultural Law is advantageous but not essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to work from the Ely office regularly (relocation support available if needed)
