Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Central London
Salary: £70,000 (negotiable DOE)
Working Pattern: Hybrid

About the Role:
AJ Chambers is working with a well-established firm in Central London who are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor, who has Residential experience, to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong commercial real estate experience who is looking to work in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, leases (granting and renewal), licenses, and landlord and tenant matters
• Advise on development work, property finance, and investment transactions
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legislation and internal procedures
• Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Acting for borrowers in refinancing.
• Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.
• Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 5 years PQE, however, for a Solicitor with an exceptional background, we can be flexible on this
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and landlord/tenant issues
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
• A proactive and client-focused approach
