A well-regarded regional law firm on the South Coast is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its expanding property team based in Portsmouth. With deep roots in the local community and a loyal client base, the firm offers a fantastic opportunity to handle a broad range of quality work while enjoying a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters and support senior team members with more complex transactions. Work will include:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals
• Commercial developments
• Property finance and refinancing
• General asset management work

Clients range from SMEs and local developers to investors and commercial landlords.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years' PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Able to manage files independently and confidently liaise with clients
• Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
• Willingness to contribute to business development and client retention
