A leading UK law firm with an outstanding reputation in the real estate sector is looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join its dynamic and collaborative team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad mix of high-quality matters for an impressive client base, within a firm known for its friendly culture and career progression pathways.

The Role

You'll join a busy and fast-growing Commercial Real Estate team that advises on a wide range of property matters, including:

• Development projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use)
• Investment transactions and portfolio management
• Corporate occupier work (retail, office, industrial)
• Real estate finance transactions
• General landlord and tenant matters

You'll work across sectors such as industrial and logistics, retail, leisure and hospitality, healthcare, and residential development. The firm's client base spans major property companies, funds, listed REITs, household name PLCs, privately owned businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.

You'll be part of a 37-strong real estate group that also includes specialist teams in real estate disputes, construction, and environmental law, offering plenty of opportunity for cross-team collaboration and variety.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-4 years' PQE in commercial property
• Solid experience in a broad range of real estate matters
• Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
• High-quality training from a City firm or leading national/regional practice
• Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
• Ability to manage matters with increasing independence
• A commercial approach with attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for client contact and business development
