We are looking for a knowledgeable individual to join Talbots as Commercial Property Lawyer. To be successful, you will have a minimum of 2 years qualified experience.

As Lawyer within Commercial Property, you will be expected to offer advice on Commercial Property transactions and providing support to Corporate & Commercial colleagues in the sale and purchases of businesses operating from commercial premises.

What the job involves;
Assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
Drafting reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively and professionally.
Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients.

What you need:
To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
Have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Conveyancing processes.
Be detail-driven, have excellent communication skills and be a motivated & organised team-player.
