Commercial Property Lawyer

Our client, a

Local Authority

based in the

West Midlands , is currently recruiting for a

locum Commercial Property Lawyer

on an initial

3-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately and the hourly rate is

circa £45 per hour , but is negotiable based on PQE.

The role can be conducted predominantly from home, with ad hoc travel to the West Midlands for Title Investigations and Deeds Inspections, and previous Local Government experience will be essential for the role.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Handling a range of property law matters, including leases, licenses and sales and purchases of land, landlord and tenant matters, and disposals and acquisitions
Supporting development projects including drafting and completing conditional agreements for lease
Provided detailed advice in all areas of freehold and leasehold property law and to carry out research when necessary

Experience required:
Commercial Property Law
Relevant Professional Qualification – Solicitor, Barrister, FCILEX

Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday
