A leading London law firm with a Legal 500-ranked real estate team seeks a Real Estate Solicitor. Full-time, ideal for NQ to 2 PQE.

Role Overview:
Lead commercial property transactions in a B Corp-certified firm, advising businesses, charities, and social enterprises in an ESG-driven environment.

Duties:

• Lead acquisitions, disposals for private/charity clients, developers, investors, occupiers.

• Draft, negotiate leases, development contracts, licences with precision.

• Manage loans, revolving credit facilities, refinancing deals.

• Champion ESG-focused property strategies, aligning with B Corp values.

• Collaborate with clients like the BFI and community groups.

What to expect:

• NQ to 2 PQE with commercial property/finance exposure.
