The Role:
As a Commercial Property Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners within the Commercial Property department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including document management, diary coordination, and file maintenance
  
  
• Drafting and formatting documents and ensuring files are accurate and up to date
  
  
• Liaising with clients, managing correspondence, and assisting with the smooth running of transactions
  
  
• Supporting the team with general paralegal duties as needed

• Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role within property or commercial law (1+ year preferred)
  
  
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
