Role:Legal Director - Commercial Property (Lead Role)
Location: Sheffield (National Law Firm)
Salary: £80,000 - £130,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Working pattern: Hybrid (50% office / 50% home)
Benefits: 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, private health, annual individual bonus, company-wide bonus (c.20% of salary), mapped route to equity

Overview
CRA Consulting is recruiting for a large national law firm seeking a Legal Director to lead its Commercial Property team in Sheffield. This is an outstanding platform for a proven Senior Associate-or an ambitious Associate ready to step up-to build a practice within a respected, well-supported brand. A route to equity is outlined from day one.
Key responsibilities
* Lead high-quality real estate work across investment, development and asset management
* Act on acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant, secured lending and portfolio management
* Own and develop key client relationships; front pitches and cross-sell nationally
* Mentor, supervise and resource the team; set technical and service standards
* Drive BD strategy, profitability and growth for the Sheffield real estate offering
About you
* UK-qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (c. 8+ PQE as a guide)
* Track record leading complex transactions and managing client portfolios
* Comfortable supervising fee earners and developing talent
* Commercially astute with strong BD/origination credentials
Package & progression
* £80,000 - £130,000 base salary (DOE)
* Hybrid working: 50% office / 50% home
