Commercial Property Legal Secretary

• Managing diaries and acting as the first point of contact for clients.
• Supporting with file opening and closing processes, including issuing engagement letters and handling general administrative tasks.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Assisting with business development initiatives and working alongside the marketing team.
• Managing the billing and payments process, including the preparation of invoices, completion statements, and financial summaries.
• Handling property-related tasks such as ordering official copies and searches, completing SDLT returns, and submitting Land Registry applications.

• Previous experience in a commercial property setting as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal.
• Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the legal sector.
