Commercial Property Manager - Coventry

Salary: Basic £33,000

Our client, a well respected, multi-branch, leading independent agent in Coventry, is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager. Joining this successful company you will oversee an existing mixed portfolio and take advantage of my client's network of offices and significant client base to expand the business.

Responsibilities for this Commercial Property Manager role will include:

Perform effective management of the Commercial property portfolio including rented premises and service charges.

Communicating with clients on a regular basis.

Deal with managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries, ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients and tenants.

Carry out periodic property inspections and reporting thereon.

Negotiating assignments/subletting of leases, rent reviews and lease renewals.

Carrying out other reasonable duties from time to time as requested by the management.

The role holder must have proven experience in the field of Commercial Property Management, will be computer literate, have good organisational skills, have knowledge of property management software and be a skilled communicator.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0845 hours to 1730 hours and every third Saturday 0900 hours to 1230 hours.
