Job Title: Commercial Property Paralegal

A respected and well-established law firm in Hinckley is looking to welcome an enthusiastic and driven Commercial Property Paralegal to its friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Commercial Property experience, but the firm is also happy to consider candidates from a Residential Property background (minimum 2 years' experience), who are keen to make the move into commercial work.

The Role:

You'll play a key role in supporting the firm's busy Commercial Property department, working closely with experienced fee earners across a varied caseload including sales and purchases, leases, and secured lending. The work is high-quality and client-focused, with strong progression potential for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting with commercial sales, purchases, leases, and landlord & tenant matters
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
* Managing transaction paperwork, including CPSEs and Land Registry documentation
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to progress matters efficiently
* Supporting fee earners with case preparation, research, and administrative duties
* Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements

About You:

* Ideally 1+ year of experience in Commercial Property, OR 2+ years' Residential Conveyancing experience and a genuine interest in transitioning into commercial work
* Strong document drafting, organisational and communication skills
* Able to work independently while also being a team player
* Confident handling client contact and progressing matters under supervision
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
