Are you an experienced conveyancing paralegal or assistant looking to step into a dedicated Paralegal role within Commercial Property?

We're working with a highly respected regional law firm with a strong reputation for career development and internal progression. Their Bicester office is now looking to expand its Commercial Property team and is keen to speak with motivated individuals ready to take the next step in their legal careers.

The Role: You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team, working alongside senior fee earners and partners on a broad range of commercial property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise and carve a clear pathway toward qualification.

Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum 12 months of continuous experience working on Commercial Property files
OR
* At least 2 years of continuous Residential Conveyancing experience within a UK-based law firm, with a strong interest in transitioning into Commercial Property
* A proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication and client care skills
