Position Title:  Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Billericay
Salary: £26,000 +

A Paralegal with experience in commercial property is sought for a highly regarded firm close to Billericay on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will join a busy property team, utilising your skills and expertise to handle a busy and varied workload covering a broad range of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities

• Assisting a senior fee earner in commercial property matters as well as managing your own caseload
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• File management
• Drafting legal documents
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Developments
• Drafting leases
• Property financing

The Candidate

• A paralegal with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in commercial property
• Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
• Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
