My client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a busy Commercial Property department based in Holborn, London, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in commercial property and landlord & tenant matters to support a senior solicitor and grow within a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-level paralegal support to a senior solicitor in the Commercial Property team

• Handling a varied caseload under supervision

• Assisting with matters relating to leases, acquisitions, disposals, and general landlord & tenant issues

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Solid paralegal experience in commercial property, gained in a similar legal environment

• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in commercial property law
