A highly respected, long-established and forward-thinking law firm in Weybridge is seeking a Commercial Property/Real Estate Paralegal to join its busy and growing team!

You will support experienced commercial property solicitors on a wide range of high-quality development and new build matters, acting on behalf of housebuilders, developers and property investors.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with your supervising solicitor on active caseloads
• Managing and progressing a variety of ongoing commercial property matters
• Liaising with clients, developers and third-party professionals

The firm actively participates in major networking events, legal dinners and social gatherings — an excellent opportunity to build or expand your legal network.

Typical matters you will work on include:

• New build developments
• Residential and commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Development agreements
• Drafting and negotiating leases

To be considered, your background should include:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial property, real estate, or new build matters within a UK private practice law firm
• A strong academic record (eg, 2:1 or above in your law degree or GDL)
• Residence in or near the Weybridge area
