Commercial Property Paralegal

Fantastic opportunity to join this fast growing Real Estate Team, who offer challenging and rewarding work, you'll feel engaged and motivated and will have the opportunity to develop a real niche in this specialism.

Ideally you shall have a minimum of 1 years' previous commercial property experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal and will now be ready to take the next step in your career.

You will work with a diverse client base ranging from retail & leisure, through to energy companies. You will provide support on a variety of real estate matters including:

• Landlord & Tenant work
• Portfolio management
• Wind and solar power schemes acting for developers, landowners, funders and sponsors,
• The purchase and sale of high-value property
