Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Paralegal

Location: Chichester, West Sussex

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and progressive Commercial Property team within a Legal 500-ranked firm. This role is ideal for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal or a Junior Commercial Property Lawyer seeking to advance their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a wide range of Commercial Property matters
• Establishing and building strong client relationships
• Accurately taking and actioning detailed instructions
• Collaborating within a supportive team and working independently when required

You will have:

• Demonstrable experience across all aspects of Commercial Property law
• Excellent organisational and IT skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients, official bodies and owner-managed businesses
• A thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations
