Role Overview

My client is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support the legal team on a range of commercial property transactions. This role offers exposure to acquisitions, lease work, and general real estate matters, providing excellent opportunities for career progression within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting solicitors with a broad range of commercial property matters
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
• Supporting due diligence and managing client files
• Liaising with clients and other legal professionals
• Participating in structured training and mentoring programs
• Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture

Ideal Candidate

• Law degree/degree with law conversion, 2:1 or above
• Good academic record including a robust understanding of land law
• 12 months experience working within Commercial Property or similar areas
