Are you an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal looking to take the next step in your legal career? Our client, a reputable law firm based in Newbury, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join its busy and friendly Commercial Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional with 1-2 years+ experience in private practice to support Senior Fee Earners, manage client files and work on high-quality commercial transactions.

The Role:

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will provide hands-on support in a range of commercial property matters, including:

• Preparing and managing files for property transactions
• Handling Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions
• Submitting Companies House registrations and filings
• Liaising directly with clients and third parties
• Drafting correspondence, contracts and reports to a high standard
• Providing regular updates to clients on file progress
• Assisting with legal research and document preparation
• Maintaining well-organised and compliant case files

Key Skills and Experience Required:

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• 1-2 years’+ commercial property paralegal experience (private practice preferred)
• Ability to work independently under supervision protocols
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Good audio and copy typing skills
• A client-focused, professional and courteous approach to legal support
