You may be a Paralegal and LPC graduate with commercial property experience looking to expand your legal experience and skills or worked in-house legal department for an organisation with a commercial and residential property focus, or are you a Paralegal with a minimum of 1+ years commercial property experience looking for a new challenge?

This role will suit an already experienced Legal Secretary who enjoys working on a mixed bag of Property work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You will be assisting a partner and senior associate in connection with their complex, high value development acquisition and commercial lease matters
• Workload will include the acquisition and disposal of residential properties, routine commercial lease work and utility and road/sewer adoption agreements
• You will be proactive, able to work under your own initiative, be able to work under pressure and be a strong team player.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within a commercial property department of 1+ years
• Understand client care and a genuine desire to help our social housing clients
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and relevant legal IT systems
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-player spirit
